Couldn't select 2nd gear when changing down from third, ok going first to second and all other gears and combinations ok. Stripped gearbox to find 2nd gear synchro was worn (and so was 3rd). Replaced 2nd and 3rd checked rest of box was ok and reassembled. Same fault still there (cannot get into 2nd from 3rd) now well pi**ed of. What have I missed, what else could it be ? Clutch is clearing ok, double de-clutching sometimes helps, will go in if 1st selected then 2nd. Any ideas Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
