Tonmawrie
Hi, just wondering whats the best value upgrade, got non adjustable bilsteins so would have to buy an adjustable mount kit before flat flooring/set up so is it better just to bite the bullet and change? Meteor are close by so would be an easy option. Thanks in advance.
TomB
Have a look & a read of Simons suspension guide - https://www.meteormotorsport.com/caterham/suspension/https://www.meteormotorsport.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/Caterham-Suspension-Recommendations-September-2018.pdf
SM25T
I replaced mine with 1 way adjustable shocks from Protech in Melksham, which were revalved by Procomp Motorsport in Birmingham to suit the 7, and springs supplied and fitted by them too. Very sensible pricing !

Eccles
Protech will valve them to suit when they make them for you if they know it's for a Caterham. Been very pleased with mine Ivan

tangomikeromeo
Well seeing as I have a tradition to uphold. Talk to Simon then buy his Nitrons. The single biggest improvement I’ve made (commissioned). Not cheap, but cheap compared to the alternatives and transformative.

anthony1956
Mine (Nitrons) rattle (I think the Nitrons themselves are fine), but https://www.lotus7.club/comment/2302171#comment-2302171edit ok to be specific I have a concern about the tolerances of the sleeves, which are NOT Nitron parts. Right now I am uncertain and seek to share experiences as per my link above. I have an (foreign) mot tomorrow and await the outcome in this regard, before possibly fitting two tighter fit sleeves.
