Delberts Wallet Posted March 13, 2003 Share Posted March 13, 2003 Recently change the upper column bush but there is still quite a lot of play (he reason I changed it in the first place) from side to side/up and down. John Vine Posted March 14, 2003 Share Posted March 14, 2003 Gareth, My assembly guide (1999 1.8K) says "the upper bush should be a close, but not overtight, fit onto the column", and that the column "may need polishing with fine wet and dry paper in order to ensure free movement".
