I have a set of Michelin MVXs on 14" wheels that are starting to get down a bit and will need replacing shortly. I also have some 13" wheels kitted out with 032Rs so I am looking for a tyre that will complement the 032Rs, ie a wet weather tyre that will be a little more hard wearing, yet better than the Michelins (Ssssh - Grandpa worked for them!! 😳) There has been some talk of A048s - never seen a tread pattern/know nothing of these. rgrigsby Posted March 12, 2003 Share Posted March 12, 2003 Hmm tricky, for 14" wheels you're pretty much limited to "road" tyres, I don't think you can get 048r's or CR500's which would be the first recomendation.
