anthony1956
edit: the answer is the three nuts with locknuts between the pair of roller barrels - tickover, throttle stop and in between the two "balance" - spanners 7mm x2 6mm x 1 and a 2mm hex/allen key (a long nose 6mm socket is easier). Beware the pictures in the linked Minister doc are from opposite points of view (opposite sides of the engine).Currently “balanced” as 1234 = 5535 Mine are wildly out measured with synchrometer, from the front 3 and 4 are very differnent so it seems I need individual adjusters.I think the two pairs can be adjusted with the idle stop screws, but individuall?A manual would be great, or technical drawing - or just how? I have scoured the internet and there is a thread on here, but this question is not answered, though alluded to (frustratingly)anthonyit looks like individual adjustment is not possible, from herelhttp://www.bikerhouse.com/testsite/minister2011/support/roller_barrel_setup_k-seriesr.php
prangerman
The roller barrels on my K R300 are only adjustable in pairs as far as I can remember.I haven't needed to balance them for some time.Peter

John Vine
Yes, they are only adjustable in pairsBut each inlet tract also has its own bleed screw. I've never adjusted those on my RBs but I imagine it would be possible to use them to balance the airflow for each inlet in a pair?JV
anthony1956
Where John? I have one that could do with an adjust rather than relying on the average?
John Vine
On the top, on the engine side of the roller body -- a small bleed valve with locknut. I've never tried to adjust mine so I don't know how to go about it. If someone could explain...?JV
anthony1956
any chance of a pic? I ask because I have seen what these sound like, but on mine they appear to be blanks.
John Vine
Here:https://www.burtonpower.com/titan-roller-barrel-throttle-body-duratec-he-i4-tbi4.htmlMy RBs (on a R400D) have the bleed valves. Maybe your 500K RBs are different?JV
