In Jan..Peter Carmichael contributed the wheel rates and action ratio for the front wheels on the new wide track suspension

I am setting up an 01 Superlight with wide track front suspension....have just added the Vauxh. 300 # front springs....the car has standard front antiroll and adj. rear antiroll...rear springs are factory progressive 170#..this car is used for Solo (Sprints)....questions??

1) what are the wheel rates and actionratio for the rear wheels...(won't pretend I understand this but am curious)

2)I'm assuming Caterham matched the front 300# springs and the 200 # rear springs??for Vauxh race setup??

3)Is using the factory progressive 170#rear springs with the Vauxh. 300# front springs.. going to creat new problems...(old problem was with factory I believe 170# fronts...the Raceline wet sump would 'kiss' creating need for alloy striker plate and running the car higher off the ground than desired)??

any help would be appreciated...GROUND POUNDING IN THE MIDWEST...Lee
