10 Spoke anthracite

Hi 

 

I have 5 brand new ,  think they are CSR 6.5x15" antracite 10 spoke wheels for sale which i have taken off my new r300 ,  just been registered (replaced them with Orcus ones) as i said they are brand new and i have them in the boxes the orcus ones came in . one of them also has a brand new avon cr 500 tyre on it (this was the spare). 

Would anyone be interested in these?

CSRs have a 9 inch rear IIRC.

I’d sell the Orca’s!! I think minilights and the caterham design 8 spoke (13s) and 10 spoke (15s) are the nicest looking wheels on a seven. Old stye K&Ns on a classic seven are pretty nice too.

must admit im not sure what to do ! , ive got a new set of the 13" in black for track with zzs tyres (which i love the look of as my car is yellow!) even thought about selling all the 15's and getting another set of 13"  8 spokes in antracite !!

I know what you mean - my car is just black and yellow.

I should know this - do the 15’s give a bit of extra ground clearance? Also from what I’ve read the CR500 is one of the best road tyres - anything track orientated / semi slick doesnt handle standing water very well.

Try out the 13’s and 15’s for a year and see what you like / suits your use. Caterham wheels always sell well so if you decide to go for all 13’s in a years time its no big deal.
