Bolt checking after track day

Morning all, 

I’ll be tightening up my diff carrier bolts this morning after I noticed they’d worked loose after some enthusiastic driving at North Weald on Friday. 

What’s the recommended torque for these? Loctite as well?  It’s a 2018 270R with a Titan LSD.

It seems a fairly common thing so I wondered what other bolts are known to come loose?

Has anyone produced a post / during track day list of things to check?

Torque the M12 bolts that mount the diff carrier to the chassis to 60Nm.  No loctite needed, but there should be a schnorr washer under each bolt head, and a schnorr washer plus nyloc for the long top bolt.

(ETA: For the bolts that attach the carrier to the diff, torque the M12 capheads at the side to 81Nm and the M10 plain bolts at the back to 47Nm.)

Do you have the Assembly Guide for your model?   If so, note that there's an error in how the schnorr washers for the bottom bolts are located.  They are shown as fitting between the chassis and diff cradle, whereas they should be under the bolt heads.

I check just about everything you can get at before and after TDs. 

The only thing I’ve found coming loose are the screws that hold on the plastic cover over the spark plugs. Solved with a dab of thread locker.

The forward mounting bolt on my radius arms seems to loosen after a few Tds
