gnewman79
I’d like to remove the “Caterham” stickers from the rear bodywork and bonnet fso I can give the aluminum a good polish. I don’t mind if the stickers get broken, but I’d prefer not to damage the aluminum. In the future I shall replace the stickers with new ones. Please can you suggest how to remove the stickers? elie boone
A lot depends on the quality of the decal, heat them up with a paint stripper, but it's a thin line get them not hot enough and the my break up, get them too hot and the glue from the decal will be left on the bodywork. Area Representative Golf Juliet Tango Posted January 5, 2019 Area Representative Share Posted January 5, 2019 As Elie says, hot air gun. Keep it moving and the things should soften and move. Are not most of these decorations vinyl signs?
gnewman79
Thanks for everyone's advice. They are just the decorative signs, nothing special.
