Tazio
When I took the grill of at the start of my rebuild, the grill was held in place by a number of interesting methods.... Can someone point me to the fasteners I should be using? Many thanks

Sooty
I have expanded metal grill behind 7 grill and they are spring fitted into holes in the group. Today was a good test as Caterham at 70 mph versus Pheasant is a no contest. Grills bounced back into the radiator cavity but no damage to the nosecone or the grills or the rad

DJ.
I have found a small bolt tighted through a rubber grommet placed in the slot just behind the grill works well. The factory springs went missing from my car one at a time.

Area Representative Paul Richards Posted November 2, 2018 Area Representative Share Posted November 2, 2018 I drill 2 small holes either side of the slot and use a small cable tie to hold the grill in. Holes drilled so that there is a little tension against the grill post if you see what I mean.
