So if I am underneath car drivers side and look up between the gearbox and chassis there is a hole on side of gearbox about the size of a penny . Englishmaninwales Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 Front driver’s side on 6 speed is the filler, should have a plug in it. 5 and 6 speed have a speedometer drive or blanking plate in the same side of the gearbox, further back, aft of the main gear case in the tail shaft housing. ScottR400D Posted October 24, 2018 Share Posted October 24, 2018 I wouldn’t just tighten the plug if it already seems tight. I’d remove it first. If no oil comes out top it up till it does.
