I've use these on my car and on the battery on a spare engine, which lived on it pretty much all the time, was used only occasionally and remained perfectly healthy for several years.The spare engine has now gone so I only need one. Will continue to use the other on the car as I'm very happy with the job it does.Complete with all the attachments shown in the picture (and a UK main plug which isn't shown).
