Member Jonathan Kay Posted August 24, 2018 Member Share Posted August 24, 2018 Isolate the fitting by pulling the fuse or disconnecting the battery. Then as SM25T suggests using needle-nosed pliers.JonathanPS: Ordinary WD-40 isn't a particularly good penetrating fluid. But I shouldn't think that you'll need anything for this job.
nickh7
Plus Gas great penetrating oil. Nick might have two bulb holders in the garage if they are too badly corroded to use nick h
Area Representative Nick Bassett Posted August 24, 2018 Author Area Representative Share Posted August 24, 2018 All sorted thanks. Used Plus Gas but wasn’t too bad tbh. Finally getting round to fitting original headlamp brackets (lowered ones currently fitted)... one in place already and in my eyes looks ‘right’. I know of course it’s down to personal preference!
