Dellorto carb tunning

I am trying to sort out my friends W******** sorry. It has had some terrible work done on it.Wrong bolts in engine mounts, bolts missing from alternator, water temperature sensor fitted in block with fix and fill foam, I kid you not and it has a Stack speedo data system! It was running poorly, have put new rubber manifold gaskets in and balanced the carbs and set the mixture by idle speed. It ticks over fine but on light throttle it stumbles, feels lean, idle jets?

It was set up on a local rolling road but I don't think he changed any part of the carburetor, don't think he knew what he was doing to be honest. It has 45 DHLA Dellororto's and is a 1.6 Toyota 4 AG with a ported head and Cat cams, about 260 degree duration and is supposedly putting out 175bhp at 7500 rpm.

Does anyone know what size of idle jet, choke etc should be fitted, I was going to check to see what is installed, also I would of thought a 45 is a bit large for a 1.6 ?
