Freestyle Inboard Suspension - Shock absorber/spring choices.

I am putting together the bits and bobs to implement Freestyle inboard suspension.

I have chatted with Gary May re shock absorbers, and he could only say that the original ones were Avo, with a fully extended length of 12 inches, and that from memory, the springs were from faulkners, 6 inch long, and 1 7/8ths, and circa 150lbs rate.

Does anyone have anything they can add, specific details, alternate choices?

I have a few solutions including Quantum 1 or 2 way without a remote reservoir.

We have done a couple of sets.
