mgshorten Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 I'm in the middle of a restoration project of a 1998 Classic (complete with Vauxhall 8V engine!) but need a drivers seat to replace the current racing composite job. Passenger seat shown below.Can anyone help with a duplicate for the drivers side??Any help appreciated. (I'm based in the Midlands, but prepared to travel..) It is covered in cloth (very grippy around the backside unlike leather). The cloth is well worn after a lot of miles of use. You will need to take it to Oxted for new upholstery and a leather cover. This may or may not represent better value than starting from scratch, but Oxted's refurbishment is very good value (I had the leather covered seats for my 21 repaired there).
