Silverback
Morning all,Just had my boot cover changed from the regular one to a low profile (no hoodsticks) version from Oxted. Not sure if they have changed the pattern recently, but the cover doesn't extend at the front to cover the rollcage mounting points or the little triangle shaped uprights. Is this correct?Anyone have any clever options for covering these (now exposed) mounting points? Thanks

Silverback
I suspect I either ordered or was sent the wrong pattern type.
Member Jonathan Kay Posted June 22, 2018 Member Share Posted June 22, 2018 I'd ask Oxted/ Thundersport if they can modify the one you have. They're notoriously helpful.NB Club discount.Jonathan

tjuniper
I have a similar low profile boot cover but from SBFS. That does extend past the triangular hood fixings. The issue with this is that it assumes those have been removed! Not wishing to do so if I were ever to sell the car, this required me to cut a small slit in the boot cover through which the triangular fixing now protrude. Not a perfect solution. As such, have a think about you want to do. I think your solution looks pretty good.
