Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted May 18, 2018 Leadership Team Share Posted May 18, 2018 My SLR’s currently getting repainted so will need new bonnet & boot decals applying ... does anyone know whether there’s a defined position using a template or are they just applied wherever they may look “right”? The car was repainted 10 years ago so I can’t really rely on the existing transfer position because they will have already been replaced.Stu. Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted May 18, 2018 Author Leadership Team Share Posted May 18, 2018 My previous bonnet ones were more equidistant from the lower and rear edge, probably higher up than yours. Your rear panel one looks well positioned though so I might just use your photo as a reference. I'm planning to fit them before the clear coat is applied. ste Posted May 21, 2018 Share Posted May 21, 2018 I recently put new decals on mine after a full respray. I measured where the previous ones were as a reference.
