Changing rear suspension bushes

The rear A frame bushes ( connection to chassis each side ) and the radius arm bushes ( both ends ) are overdue for replacement.

Do these need a vice or press, or can they be changed by pushing out / in with a long nut & bolt and suitable size sockets?

I've thought about going the Powerflex route, but is the originals are cheap and easy to change, then it's probably not worth it.

The centre bushes under the diff get changed on a regular basis.

I guess it depends how corroded they are in the A frame.  Probably easier to remove and use a big vice, then you can powder/ paint if you want.

They are extremely tight - for the hassle, cost of bushes & powdercoat sometimes its better to buy new and sell your old one.
