But who used that logo?

We believe this may be a Lotus Seven Club keyring and know it is over 6 years old because it has been in our Lotus stock box since September 2011.

I don't believe that.  Remember that Angus Davidson's fabulous logo came into use in November 2003.

The car image looks similar to that used in the original club logo (but is more angular) and it uses an entirely different typeface. (look in the LowFlying archive for issues before the new logo)

I wouldn't offer 40p let alone £40.
