FH
Mr FH and I will be along late-ish morning but will have to park near the Birkinshed as we'll have the dawgs in the car It'll then take us about two hours to walk down to "the action" ('cos I can't walk very far at a time) ☹️ FH

Boonie Hound
If all goes to plan I will be travelling down with Windy for the great event and may even be a passenger on the track. Do Se7ens have open on scream airbags? Hope to see you all but it depends on my outlaws.

FH
Well, tomorrow I'll be accompanied by a hirsute chap who drives rather well 😬 - so wave when you see the fat old bird, probably togged out in a full length waxed coat, judging by the look of the weather FH

Boonie Hound
DB - Windy had a bit of a coming together with the arnco - resulting in the car being rebuilt from the cockpit forward. Fortunately he was fine. But it did proove what the club and sheds is all about - It was brilliant how so many people rushed to help, arrange a trailer, lifts, go miles out of their way to get people home, car delivered etc and generally showed a lot of support. One of the reasons I continue to be a member of the club despite not actually having a seven. I can now look back and smile - especially the crowd reaction. I was on the pit wall and saw Windy go by - brake into the first corner and loose it. there was a screeching of tyres - the car dissapeared from view - that moment of 'has he got away with it' then BANG and a very large OOOOOOOHHHH from everyone in the pit lane. I seem to remeber someone with a yellow 7 had a bit of a coming together wwith a wall as well.
db
Ouch. Maybe i'm glad I missed it. I'm quite squeamish about the inside of cars going everywhere... My ... Preciousss! Member #109**
