Mutley is awaiting delivery of a new FIA roll bar and boot cover. car is 2001 DeDion. Will the exisitng hood and hood bars work over it? There are mentions of reducing the rear bar to make it fit, surely this leaves slack in the hood? I am not a keen roof user as it rather negates the point of a se7en, however I'd still like to know. when I ordered the bar from Caterham all I specced was FIA for a 2001 deDion... have I c....ked up? No-one questioned me when I ordered mine and I must say it was a little bit of a struggle to get it fitted, just thought it hadn't stretched!! You have to put the studs in and normally it is fitted when the hood frame is in place to get the best fit.
