Drumster
I have a SD Roadsport cage single diagonal (albeit the tall version) and IIRC I weighed it to compare it with a tall single diagonal FIA bar including Petty strut.Cage -12kgFIA bar & Strut - 13.5kgso 17kg for the superlight cage doesn't sound unreasonable.... mcerbm
Wow wasn’t expecting that. Is the cage thinner wall material for the pipes?

Drumster
The FIA bar has ~38mm diameter tubing whereas the cage tubing is only ~32mm. No idea on the relative wall thicknesses though.
