Gearbox oil level

I have had a gear box oil leak which I have been topping up periodically. However on the last two occasions oil has run out of the filler plug when removed. On the first occasion I thought it was because the car wasn't level having run the front wheels up ramps. So this time I ran the rear wheels up ramps thinking I would be able to top up the oil that ran out last time, however more ran out.

I have the 5 speed box and K series with dry sump (Tank around bell housing).

The oil seems thinner than gear oil. Is it possible that engine oil is migrating to the gear box?

Roger.

Thanks Paul,

I know there is no way it can migrate with a conventional bell-housing. I just wondered if there is some way it can from the tank around this dry sump system.

I have topped up as much as 200 ml in the past. I've  also added Wynns transmission oil treatment to try and prevent the leak.
