Replacement Caterham / Newton Equipment aero cap key -cheaper option

I sourced replacement keys from Chris at  http://metrolocks.co.uk/contact-us/

Whilst the key is not commonly stocked by key cutters he found a compatible blank for the Meroni key and cut from the spare I had. Caterham wanted £30 to supply from key number. Metro were £15 which I was happy to pay.

Going to Newton Equipment direct was just hair pullingly awful, being told that “spare keys aren’t a priority” and “we are short staffed”, despite boasting about how they stock keys on their website and not replying to enquiries. Utterly hopeless. 

Should a local key cutter offer a similar service you need the generic Silca LF30R blank. Not sure if they can cut only from key/lock code though.
