I need a K Series Wet Sump

Hit a cats eyes on the front right of sump and its cracked the sump , only leaks when the car is not running, oil pressure was fine .

Its been welded once and looking at that crack I am not sure it can be again . I'd appreciate any advice on the likely hood of it being weldable .

Also does anybody have a spare ? Clearly anything is better than this one

Oucchhhh, I would guess it's weldable but also check your engine mounts as they can crack after such a impact.

Hi , Anthony and Liz have offered their spare so most grateful. 

The engine mounts look fine and amazingly I ve taken over 5ltrs of oil out of the engine. It's does have an Apolo I would add so quite a bit still lost.  It's clear that it only came out when the engine was switched off

Elie I will see if I can get it fixed as a spare to help out someone like Anthony and Liz have done for me.

Have you written it off? They seem to be surprisingly repairable.

How about:

1. Deep cleaning
2. Posting some photos of the inside and outside
3. Telling us where you are, to see if anyone can recommend a local expert?

I've not been well since Sunday and I've been away with work so plan is a strip down on Saturday. Will post more pics then
