The imobilser (transponder type) car wiring (as opposed the unit on the key fob) is attached to the old ignition barrel which I want to remove. Any hints on how to re-locate the barrel imobiliser wiring in order to do away with the need for the barrel/key arrangement but still keep the functionality of the imobiliser?
