John Vine Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 Noises in a 7 are tricky to pin down, mainly because they get transmitted so freely by the chassis and panels.It's worth checking that your gearbox isn't touching the adjacent chassis rails,as torque reaction when accelerating could cause this.Btw, are we talking about the 1996K mentioned here?JV Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
