Mr Locust Posted February 21, 2003 Share Posted February 21, 2003 OK is it me? The smaller of the two plugs on my EU3 ECU loom will not plug in for love or money. Yes I have found the retract/latch mechanism but the two white strips in the plug which (visible from the open side of the plug) space the terminals apart are fouling with the orientation marks in the ECU socket. Is it possible that this plug has been incorrectly assembled? Thus far I have resisted the temptation to take a knife/file to it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At the LH edge of the connector (if I recall correctly) was a small ridge which did not seem to correspond to a groove on the socket.
