MadCat52
About to put the 7 in for it's MOT having done the Aeroscreen conversion.Any advice on things to look out for if going in with an aeroscreen e.g. mirror requirements, whether the remaining wiper spindles need covers etc? D Jones
I have all 3 mirrors on my aero screen so can't comment on that, but no issue with uncovered wiper spindles at last mot
Dorset AR
For an MOT you must have a center and off side mirror fitted.
pikeyboy
I used to just get an advise of no screen fitted and no wipes or washers - very friendly mot starion
Strangely
My Seven has passed several MOTs with aeroscreen, side mirrors, no central mirror, and uncovered wiper spindles. The only thing they ever really comment on is the lack of side indicator repeaters.
Support Team Shaun_E Posted June 12, 2017 Support Team Share Posted June 12, 2017 The mirror requirement is drivers side plus one other.
Delbert
Shaun is correct , there is no requirement for a central mirror , just two rear view mirrors one of which must be on the drivers side never had a central mirror for MOT screen or no screen
