grahamf
I am keen to install a third brake light on the roll bar using the Caterham sub-loom and would welcome any suggestions as to which lights people have used that look neat and work well.
Paul 160
Loads of older posts about it. Mine it uses the Caterham sub loom, a 48 or 60 led strip (can't remember which fits between the rollbar diagonals) from Car Builder Solutions plus two of their P clips to mount it and a waterproof connector (pack from Amazon was cheapest). There is also a guide in the How To section. Fitted it looks like this on my car:Paul.
Paul 160
Forgot to say the reason I did it this way is that this strip has tabs on the back which nicely fit the tail of the p clip so I think it gives a clean install. I also have a wire running on the underside of one of the diagonals using black duck tape to fix it. You wouldn't know it was there unless you looked hard. Rusty Nuts Garage
Car Builder Solutions £40 or so...If it is a modern Seven, you can use the spare pair in thw rear offside wheel arch, no need to buy the sub loom. Add a couple of P clips an bingo!
SM25T
Car Builder Solutions 48 LED ... about £14. Attach under top of roll bar with a bead of silicone sealant each side.
