In the days when I did it myself I used Castrol CL, but only because that was to hand. If I were buying some new I'd probably get Castrol LM (which may well be called "Multi-Purpose" nowadays).

But I don't know what's actually in there at the moment because now it's done at the MoT inspection and I'm up in the car on the ramp.

I don't know how to describe or specify the nozzle beyond "one that fits well". That might be somewhere in the previous discussions.

Small draper/clarke/other brands available worked well for me - solid arm to get the "push" onto the fitting.  Fitting on the end adjusts to make it "one that fits well".

Such as ebay item 361022809350 - one I found on random search - not necessarily the cheapest.
