Radtec K series plumbing

Afternoon all,

I've come to fit my shiny radtec and need some help with its plumbing.

I have the tee-piece where one hose goes to the expansion bottle and one to the top of the rad (marked with a yellow line on the photo). In the case of the radtec there isn't a place for this hose. I assume it is just to bleed out air so I can remove the tee piece and this hose is removed.

Am I right? or should I be doing something different?

Thank you, much appreciated. I'll order a new piece of hose to replace the piece with the tee in.

The tee fitted is a brass one that I brought to replace the plastic one that a few owners have had break. If anyone wants it then I'll be at the chip shop run.
