Buda
assume that I drill 8mm hole in footwell vertical bit and it self taps in? or should I have nuts and washers and stuff?
Chelspeed
The footwell vertical bit is very thin aluminium. I'd be surprised if it's thick enough or strong enough to support the weight of the stop itself let alone any pressure from a manically nailed full open throttle. So yes you will need big penny washers and stuff to spread the load over as much of the ally panel as possible.

mav
Buda, They should have included the nuts you require to fix this in place. some big washers would also be a good idea. Phil - he has too much lead in his right foot I have purchased these as a precaution (peace of mind). They are only £2.50 each. P/n are as follows: 74128 Throttle Pedal Stop - Race (8mm Stud) 74129 Clutch Pedal Stop - Race (6mm Stud)
