New 360R, starting but not ticking over

I'm finishing off my 360 build this weekend; a fantastic experience.

i started it for the first time this afternoon, but it's refusing to tick over. It will keep running if hold the throttle down a bit, but it stalls on idle.

I assume it's something and nothing, but any solutions very much welcome.

When it does run is it smooth and does it rev up nicely?

Does the ignition warning light come on, and then extinguish as soon as the engine's running?

What's the battery voltage at rest, minimum while cranking, at the minimum engine speed that it will hold and 3,000 rpm?

On my Sigma, it was just a case of adjusting a tiny screw in the throttle body to hold the butterfly open slightly.
