Ivaan
Are all the fuel sender units the same, or does it depend on car model / age?I need one for an imperial 1988 live axle car. Lots of similar looking one's on E-bay, but can't identify the right unit.Would Redline know / stock?Cheers,Clive.
simon_h
Redline would be a good starting point
OliverSedlacek
There are some differences, e.g. different for later fuel injected cars, but at that vintage you are probably pretty safe. The resistance to chassis should be zero when the tank is empty, rising to 180 ohms when full.
