Alastair B
Presume you must have had electrical problems all front and rear lights were out, noticed you were tucked up against a large truck to help others drivers see you. I hope you got home safely.
Juju
Oh dear. I sold this car yesterday to an elderly gentleman who seemed ill equipped to drive from Yorkshire to Essex. He was very nice but I was concerned when he left. I had prior warned him to bring some warm clothes, gloves and hat. He bought a hat but no gloves so I gave him a pair of mine. No phone and no map. I gave him directions but when he left my house he immediately went the wrong way. The lights were functioning well when he left me at 3.30pm or thereabouts. I can only assume that he had forgotten to turn them on. I do hope he made it OK.
