Oil Changes

Hi, how often would you recommend changing the oil in an R500 that does mainly track days? I am currently changing after every 3 to 4 and just checking if this is about right.

Also how often would you recommend changing the brake fluid?

I have always changed the oil after a trackday working on the idea that the oil gets worked very hard and is bound to degrade and not be as good afterwards. It doesn't take long and isn't too expensive, so I would say change it every time.
