TomB
This is going to be long shot, but has anyone got a right hand removable engine bay chassis member? Mine is bent for some reason and looks tatty. Mine is a 1995 de-Dion with the handbrake under the dash. It's a K series, but I think universal for the engine types of the era. I can't imagine why anyone would have a spare, unless they've done a bike engine conversion but thought I'd ask before calling around the usual places tomorrow. Wrightpayne
If its bent it will be shorter - a straight one may not fit??Ian
Englishmaninwales
TomI'm pretty sure I have one for the RHS, I had 2 new ones when the chassis got a new 'long front' repair. I'll check tomorrow.Malcolm
TomB
Thanks Malcolm. Ian, there is a chance of that. It's always been that way in my ownership. As it's an ex-race car, it could have been a race team bodge if they didn't have the right part. The chassis isn't bent, so it must be something like that.
