Jim Ellis
On the assumption that demand will be such that price will fall a set of the carbon ones will be required please. I assume lens and other bits will be off the old units 🤔
Sheds Moderator
As an alternative, esp for Richard in France, Land Rover rear lights are just trad round events, weigh practically nothing and are just so cheap you won't believe it. A mate of mine recently had to replace 2 of his following a gatepost incident and I think the total bill was £2.50. Incidentally Richard in France, I will shortly be taking up a job in Saumur (49). The 7 is coming (natch) - firstly where are you in 49, you can't be too far away, and secondly is there anything I need to know about 7ing in France (insurance, MoT, etc, (I know I need a RHD car to be UK registered))

Mark Piper
Julian, I desperately want some but not sure whether the bank account will take it...would you make sure you post the final price on here please...oh and I do have a spare (Caterham) carbon rear wing that could be used for the curvature but I'd want it back after.... Julian Thompson
I think this is going to be interesting. We are looking at the gasket issue with a view to moulding a silicone rubber one so there can be no chafing between block and wing. Also we are making one slightly different than the original rubber one because it would be unfair to directly mould off the part sold by Caterham. I don't want to infringe any copyright laws - all I want is some lighter blocks! This will be, then, a carbon rear light mount that will fit all Sprite caravans. Ideal for all Sprite enthusiasts everywhere 😬

Peter Carmichael
You could use the technique that I applied to mount my wings. The mating surface has been coated with windscreen bonding gloop (like silicone) and formed to a neat masked edge. Very light compared to the beading rubbish. Unless the silicone thing is a goer, I will be happy with mine bare.
Andrew Walker
Could they be made so that the whole light unit doesn't protrude out from the wing as much as the rubber ones 🤔 - in other words thinner than the rubber block.
F355GTS
Richard I've got a spare wing you can use for the angles Jue put me down for a pair, I'll probably regret it with the number of wings I've knocked off on trackdays Mark
elie boone
Julian, Why don't you have a chat with Caterham and show them what u have made, they might be intrested.
