Peter T
The kit was designed for a X-flow, but would fit any engine with the correct sensors. Power Freak member!
garyo
Do you need an authorised weber alpha dealer to unlock/reprogram it - or does it come with the software & passwords? Cheers, Gary.

StewartG
I think the official webber line is that alphas can only be remapped by their dealers.
Hilux
Alpha systems are pre maped for different engines. They can be re-mapped at one of their dealers if required......................but why???????
Peter T
Hilux, because every engine is different! *idea* Power Freak member!

POP7
Hiya Peter, Thanks for the reply. Certainly interested. As this will have been set up specifically for your engine, what is the spec on the engine and was it on twin 40's ? Is the unit in good working order and do you still have the fitting instructions ? Could you list the components included. Thanks.
Adrian Elkin
Question: Does anybody know if it could be adpted to work on a BDR? i.e. re-programmed, longer leads or whatever. I looked at the WebCon website a few days ago but was put off by the price the conversion for my HPC. Adrian

Peter T
Adrian, yes it is possible to put this on a BDA/BDR. The only problem you would encounter is making a bracket for the front crank sensor. Power Freak member!
