Area Representative Kingsley Young Posted June 19, 2016 Area Representative Share Posted June 19, 2016 Picked up my new (to me ) Roadsport SV yesterday , it has the leather S type seats fitted. Is there a knack to remove the head rests? They seem most stubborn to come out.

john milner
WD40 and then almost enough strength to lift the car. They should then slide freely but never lock. Or at least that's what happened to mine. After this `repair` cable ties are great for preventing the headrest dropping too low.
Area Representative Nick Chan Posted June 19, 2016 Area Representative Share Posted June 19, 2016 Try angling them slightly towards the front of the car as you pull or tap them upwards. From memory there is a small bar in the seat that stops them moving up or down unless you want them to
