Phil G
I have been looking at the latest ‘All Europe’ Sat Navs from Garmin and Tom Tom and none have an earphone jack. Being aerosceen it is impossible to hear the instructions, therefore, I was hoping to be able to make some sort of Bluetooth connection to an ear piece. Garmin say it can only be done on their Zūmo motorbike range; however, they are out of my price range.I’m not very techie so keep it simple. SM25T
I just look at the pictures .... Don't use the sound on a satnav.
ChrisC
Yep iPhone, with the TomTom app, using a Sena bike intercom in my helmet (and my passengers). I keep my phone is a water proof phone bag, with a power pack for an all day power source. This setup got me all the way to the black forest during a very wet summer, with an aeroscreen. The Sena will also play music from the phone if you wish.
Area Representative z7 Posted June 9, 2016 Area Representative Share Posted June 9, 2016 Try Aldi. Some stores have some of the Garmin motorbike units at a lower cost. The bike ones also have features like choosing twisty road IIRC.
