Evening all, so where would you go to buy a set of 15" wheels?

Funny enough I did that earlier, I was wondering where people would go for a new set, I have found a set of new (link below) with tyres but the rear tyres are slightly larger than the fronts and don't know if they would foul on the arch or brackets, my car is an SV, also would be ideal with same size tyres so could have a spare also. It also mentions the offset E23 and centre bore 63.4, and being new to 7's I don't know right from wrong.
