JAL
I got fed up with buying various pads only to find the mirror on the drivers seat every time the garage got cold.I ended up buying this and I've never looked back! LinkBuds

thompster
Mine has finally stuck with a mirror pad from eurocarparts and brake cleaner to degrease everything. The trick was to stick the pad to the glass first, rub it down well then leave in the sun for a couple of hours before adding the mirror. Every time I stuck to the mirror first it lasted about a day. Titanium7
Here's the OE mirror, you just need an adhesive like this and 'the job's a goodun!'
Delbert
And I have an opposite issue a mirror stuck to a screen that is staying stuck even though it's sold !
DJ.
That is the advantage of pads, at least you can remove the mirror without breaking the screen
