Trolley Jack

Found some oil leak under my caterham low profile trolley jack today. I wonder if it is related to use on tintop car. It is 2.25 Ton so should be ok to be used on Wife's Audi TT.

It is 5 years old but not used that often (errm, may be 20 time since purchase). Never serviced it, repalced or changed the oil.

Questions please:

- Do you service, top up, or replace oil of your trolley jack on annual basis? Do you do it yourself (local company charge £40 to do service!)

- Any suggestion for a reasonably priced one (my range wa 80-360mm) may be one that could go higher than 360mm

I don't do any regular servicing on mine.

There are seal kits available and I'd be prepared to try that. (£40 for full service sounds reasonable if you like the one you've got.)

Lots of options in the archives: what weight do you want to lift and do you want a lightweight model?
