Jim 123 Posted March 27, 2016 Share Posted March 27, 2016 I'm in the process of fitting the Side Doors to my S3. I've spent most of today working out that the hinges are not handed. I would appreciate if somebody could advise on the correct configuration for the hinge brackets that bolt to the door.If the Windscreen Stancion hinge piece fixing is fixed with it's flat plate in the inboard position relative to the hinge pin. Do the corresponding Side Screen Hinge pieces mount with their flat plates inboard or outboard of the hinge pin?It probably makes little difference, but I've got a nagging feeling that if I don't ask the questio,n there may be something obvious that is waiting to bite me when I mount the doors.
