Mark Durrant
I am selling my Ohlin 2-way adjustable dampers which have set the benchmark for handling in the clubs speed championship. These have just been serviced by Simon at Meteor Motorsport and have covered less than 1,000 miles since new. These give excellent road/track handling and with the adjustment to enable a comfortable ride on the road or the ultimate track set up. These 2-way adjustable dampers fit a wide-track imperial or metric chassis and provide separate adjustment for bump and rebound. The dampers come fitted with: 210lb front Springs 135lb rear springs helper springs adjustable spring platforms for ride height and spring preload adjustmentI will also provide the settings I use on track to give you a good starting point when setting up your car. These cost £3,600 + VAT new and I am looking for £2,250. They can either be collected from Horsham or carriage at cost.I am only selling as I going to try some 3-way Penske dampers.Either post here or drop me a mail. Simon.Rogers
That will make 2 sets of Ohlins in that class for this year.I have just been mailed the dyno plots for one of the cars and if the driver ever ever uses an excuse that his car is down on power compared to the rest ask him how many lb ft he has :-)
Mark Durrant
I know the driver who complains about a lack of power is down on inches!
