I have a 1991 Xflow, and I'm not happy with the front suspension. I have a 1/2" ARB which I feel allows a lot of body roll, and particularly after fitting 4pot brakes up front, there is a lot of dive under heavy braking. However, how do I determine which springs I have fitted - is there any easy way? Thanks, Michael. Method for Calculating Spring Rate ---------------------------------- W^4 x G Spring Stiffness K (lbs/in) = ------------- 8 x N x D^3 W - Wire diameter of spring (inches, subtract 0.004 for paint) G - 11,500,000 for steel springs D - Spring coil center diameter (inches).
