St Albans, A414 > Orange S3 with Zetec and Aeroscreen (and a 458!)

Met up with an Orange S3 with Aeroscreen on a bitter Sunday lunchtime.  Manage to exhange hellos and moan about the temperature before we both took off after a 458!

I was in a siver CSR 260.  Don't seem to see many 7's around St Albans so nice treat to meet up -- cheers!

Blimey, 18 years ownership and only the 2nd time i've made the spotted page!

It was certainly cold and a pity the roads were so crowded.

Hi there Mike!  After 3.5 yrs of ownership, you're the first 7 I've managed to meet up with actually travelling in the same direction.  Yep not ideal blatting with all the traffic.

Was good fun following that 458 too, but all the excitement proved too much for my recently repaired seat, which broke a back support strut.  I'll need to strip it down (again) and get some fillets welded in to increase the strength.

Now that the Herts sevens meeting at the John Bunyan very near wheathampsted you guys should pop over in the spring .

Nothing wrong with the people just bad timing for me.

The meeting needs to be Saturday lunchtime and not a weekday evening as per the Penn meet.

The August meet clashes with the Watford classics on the green which is awesome for any petrol head.

In the 24 years of ownership I've been to the Herts meeting less than 10 times.
